Following your consultation, we will confirm the scope of work and the applicable fee before you decide whether to instruct us — you will always know the cost before you commit to it. The figures below are a guide to what that fee is likely to be, based on the type of matter. Where a matter has its own specific range below, that figure applies; the general range only covers immigration application work that isn't separately listed.

- £2,000–£3,000 — Our general range for immigration application work that does not have its own specific fee listed below.
- Sponsorship Licence Applications
- £3,000–£5,000.
- Immigration Appeals
- From £2,000.
- Judicial Review
- From £2,000.
- Fee Waivers
- From £1,500.
- ILR / Settlement / FLR
- £2,000–£3,000 standard; £3,000–£4,500 complex.
- British Citizenship / Naturalisation
- £1,500–£2,000 standard; £2,250–£3,500 complex.
- Sponsor Compliance Audit
- £1,500–£2,500 limited audit; £3,000–£5,000 full audit. The full audit includes a written action plan.
- Home Office Compliance Visit Preparation
- £1,500–£2,500 preparation only; £3,000–£5,000 preparation and attendance. The higher tier includes attendance at the visit.
- Sponsor Licence Suspension / Revocation
- Suspension from £5,000; revocation or complex enforcement fees confirmed following assessment.
- Immigration Bail / Detention
- Bail £1,500–£2,500; urgent or complex detention matters from £2,500.
Disbursements are costs payable to third parties, separate from our professional fees. Depending on your matter these may include Home Office application fees, the Immigration Health Surcharge, tribunal or court fees, interpreter fees, barrister fees, and courier fees.
These figures are a guide to our professional fees. The exact fee for your matter depends on your individual circumstances and will be confirmed in writing, alongside any applicable disbursements, before you decide whether to instruct us.
